Where can I find my checked-in information and when do I have to be at the airport?
Check-In Information: Please refer to your itinerary for check-in information.
Passengers must present themselves for check-in at least twenty (20) minutes prior to scheduled departure time unless notified otherwise. If you are not present at the boarding area at least ten (10) minutes prior to scheduled departure you will be considered a “no-
show” and your seat may be sold to a standby passenger and/or the flight may depart without you. In such an event, neither V-Stream nor Pegasus Elite Aviation (or other air carriers) shall be responsible or liable for your transportation.

How early do I have to book my flight?
It is recommended you book as early as possible to ensure your travel is confirmed. Each flight accommodates a maximum of 12 passengers only, and the seats are subject to space availability.

Can I cancel my flight? Is it possible to get a refund?
Passenger Cancellations, Changes of Dates, and Refunds: Your right to receive a refund if you change plans is limited. Passengers will receive a full refund for reservations canceled 7 (seven) or more days in advance of the scheduled
date of departure. Passengers canceling less than 7 (seven) days in advance of the scheduled date of departure, but 4 (_four) or more days in advance of the scheduled date of departure, will receive a 50% (fifty) percent refund. Passengers canceling less than 2 (two) days in advance of the scheduled date of departure, and no-show passengers will receive no refund.
Exception: If a canceling passenger or V-Stream provides a substitute passenger who takes over and pays for the entirety of a canceled reservation, the canceling passenger shall be entitled to a full refund minus a $25.00 administrative fee. V-Stream shall not be
deemed to have provided a substitute passenger until the full capacity of the applicable flight has initially been sold out. Date-change requests are treated as cancellations with the above provisions being applicable. Name-change requests will be honored provided there is no other change to the reservation; a $25.00 administrative fee will apply.

Can I smoke during the flight?
Smoking is prohibited at all times on all flights, including all tobacco products and the use of electronic cigarettes.

Can I bring firearms or rifle guns?
The air carrier will refuse to accept the following articles for transportation unless advance written arrangements have been made with and accepted by the carrier: firearms and ammunition; any liquids in baggage or otherwise; any live animals (other than a
service animal as determined by an identification card, other written documentation, presence of
harness or identifying tag, or the credible verbal assurances of an individual with a disability using the animal). For this purpose, hazardous material (also known as HAZMAT, Dangerous Goods or DG) is defined as any article.

What services am I eligible for during the flight?
Responsibility: V-Stream is the principal and is responsible for making arrangements to provide the services included in the trip. In all cases, air transportation is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective carrier’s applicable contract of carriage; in the case of scheduled airline service, refer to the air transportation ticket or equivalent document for conditions of contract and notice of incorporated terms, and inquire of the airline for additional details.
Air carriers and other travel suppliers are not agents or employees of V-Stream but are independent contractors over whom V-Stream does not have control.
Air Gourmet meals, fine beverages served by a flight attendants and free wifi might be available.

Is it recommended to have insurance for the flights?
Insurance: Trip cancellation, health, and accident insurance may be available for purchase by
passengers and is strongly recommended. It’s possible to refer to travelinsurance.com for detailed information and costs. Notice that insurance is not mandatory and not related to any of the operators or agents of the flight.

Can I board the flight without the necessary personal documents in case I forgot them?
Each passenger is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents (passport, visa, tourist card, immunization certificate and any other documents as required) and for complying with the laws of each country from, through or to which he/she receives transportation. Failure of a passenger to possess valid and unexpired travel documents will result in denial of boarding with no refund.

Which identification documents needs to be present before boarding?
Passenger Identification: Before boarding, you must present current and valid government-issued photo identification (such as a driver’s license or passport); the name shown on the identification should match your name as it appears on the passenger reservation list. For international travel, in addition to an unexpired passport, one or more visas may be required depending on the passenger’s nationality and the destination(s) of the trip.

Is the operator or IMPERIUM JETS responsible for any loss, injury, expense, damage to property or personal sickness, injury, or death?
IMPERIUM JETS nor V-Stream is not responsible or liable for any loss, injury, expense, damage to property or personal sickness, injury, or death which results directly or indirectly from (a) an act or omission of any air carrier or other travel supplier, or (b) any other cause or act, of whatsoever nature, beyond the control of V-Stream.

If I want to get into a waiting list for a flight that is fully booked, how can I do that? Should I pay for it?
Contact V-Stream by telephone at
800-700-3425, or by email at
fly@v-streamaviation.com to retain your payment and place your name on a waiting list if the trip is fully booked when V-Stream receives your payment. V-Stream will notify you within 7 days after receipt of your payment (but in no event later than the date of departure) if the trip is fully booked. If you do not contact V-stream and the trip is fully booked, V-Stream will return the full amount of your payment within 7 days after receipt.

Who is the public charter operator and who is the direct air carrier?
V-Stream Aviation - The public Charter Operator.
Pegasus Elite Aviation - Direct air carrier.
Air Transportation: V-Stream flights are operated by Pegasus Elite Aviation using G4 aircraft with up to 12 passenger seats.
V-Stream Aviation is a public charter operator - permit - PC-21-119. Pegasus Elite Aviation is a direct carrier with a platinum safety record.

Where is my payment delivered to? Is it protected?
Financial Protection: In accordance with federal regulations, your payment is protected in part by a security agreement between V-Stream and Pegasus Elite Aviation.

Where can I find details or changes at the details of the flight?
The price of the trip, dates of the flights, origin and destination cities of each flight, and other conditions, are as specified in the applicable V-Stream-issued itinerary and are incorporated herein by reference.

Is the price includes any other services then air transportation?
The price includes air transportation only; it does not include other transportation, accommodations, or services.

Can I pay with a credit card and is my reservation confirmed immediately?
Payment by credit card is not final and is subject to refund prior to your signing this agreement.

Is it possible I make a reservation and won’t get a ticket?
Yes. If the trip is fully booked when your reservation request is received, the payment received by V-Stream, if any, will be returned within 7 days, or with your authorization, V-Stream can retain the payment and place your name on a waiting list in case other passengers cancel their reservations. Even if you authorize us to put your name on a waiting list, we will notify you within 7 days (but in no event later than the date of departure) that your selected trip is fully booked.

How long after arrival do I have the right to file a claim?
Unless you file a claim with V-Stream, or if V-Stream is unavailable within sixty (60) days after arrival (or in the case of a canceled flight, the
intended date of arrival) of the last flight in your itinerary,all funds shall be released from all liability to you under the security agreement. All checks, money orders, and credit card drafts shall be made payable to V-stream Aviation or to your travel agency,
which in turn shall make its check payable to V-Stream.

Can the flight operator be changed? Can my flight be changed to a commercial airplane?
V-Stream and Pegasus Elite Aviation reserve the right to substitute another duly-licensed air carrier and/or to change the aircraft type, capacity and routing, and do not guarantee nonstop service. No refund will be provided for such substitutions or changes.
V-Stream reserves the right to change the form of service from charter flight to scheduled flight and vice versa.
Consumer protections afforded Public Charter passengers will apply only to those
passengers who actually travel on a Public Charter flight. Passengers who actually travel on scheduled flights will receive only the consumer protections applicable to scheduled service.
Travel documents issued by V-Stream are neither endorsable to other carriers nor usable on other routes of the same carrier.

When I buy my ticket is the date and time guaranteed?
Flight dates and times are not guaranteed.

Can I bring on board any Lithium battery-operated devices?
Lithium battery-operated devices, including but not limited to electronic
cigarettes, mobile phones, and laptop and tablet computers, may not be included in checked baggage but may be included in carry-on baggage or on one’s person. Any spare batteries must be insulated from one other.

Am I allowed to check in baggage? What are the restrictions regarding that? What if I have overweight luggage?
Free baggage allowance per passenger is medium checked bags not exceeding 44 lbs/ 20kg per bag, plus one carry-on bag not exceeding 45 in/118 cm in combined dimensions (length plus width plus height) and one personal item such as a purse, briefcase or laptop computer.
In the case of a passenger with a disability, the free baggage allowance includes, in addition to the above, the passenger’s mobility aid and/or other disability-related devices.Any overweight or oversized luggage (larger than suitcase size) will be carried, if at all, subject to weight and space restrictions and additional charges. The air carrier accepts as baggage only such personal property as is necessary and appropriate for the wear, use, comfort, or convenience of the passenger on his or her trip.

Where should I put my medicines? Is the operator responsible for a case of non-availability of medicines?
For all passengers, vital medicines including insulin, pills, and other medications may not be included in checked baggage and must be hand-carried by the passenger. Neither V-Stream nor the air carrier will be liable or responsible for any medical complications or expenses incurred by a passenger as a result of medications being included in the passenger’s checked baggage and not available while traveling or thereafter.

Are there any items I can’t bring on-board?

Who is responsible for lost baggage or theft or damaged baggage?
The air carrier assumes liability only for baggage actually received by a representative of the air carrier from the individual passenger at airport check-in.
Except as required by applicable laws or regulations, the air carrier will not be responsible or liable for injury or loss resulting from the theft, loss, damage to or delay of valuables included in the passenger’s checked baggage, including but not limited to money, negotiable papers, securities, vital medicines, jewelry, silverware, precious metals, sporting equipment, cameras, lenses, radios, electronic equipment or other similar valuables. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no action shall be commenced for loss of, damage to, or delay in delivery of baggage. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no action shall be commenced for loss of, damage to, or delay in delivery of baggage or on any other claim including personal injury or death arising out of, or in connection with, air transportation, or for failure to transport any passenger or baggage, unless notice of the claim is presented to the air carrier within seven (7) days from receipt of baggage in the case of a claim for baggage damage, and within twenty-one (21) days from receipt of baggage in the case of a claim for delay; or four (4) hours of the flight arrival time at the destination city in the case of a claim for lost baggage; or seven (7) days after the alleged occurrence in the case of a claim for personal injury. Further, to the maximum extent permitted by law, in the case of damage to or loss of baggage, or in the case of personal injury or death, an action for recovery of damages shall be barred unless such action is commenced within two (2) years after the alleged occurrence.

Do I need to take a COVID test before the flight?
Due to ongoing and changing restrictions, some destinations may require visitors to be quarantined.
